Diagnostic Testing
You can't fix what you don't measure. Working together, we'll take a comprehensive approach to understanding the root cause of your symptoms. If there's a scientifically valid, objective way to get a deeper understanding of why you're feeling the way you are, we'll explore it. Below, feel free to review some of the lab testing that may be considered during your visits.
Comprehensive Blood Work
Through a simple blood draw, we can gather information about many aspects of your health. This form of testing allows us to assess the health of multiple organ systems, cholesterol and blood sugar levels, hormone levels (thyroid, cortisol, sex hormones), vitamins, minerals, inflammatory markers and much more.

Common Relevant Conditions: Depression, Anxiety, Fatigue, Chronic Pain, Digestive Conditions, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, weight gain or weight loss
Hormone Assessment
In addition to testing your hormones via a blood sample, we can also assess the health of multiple hormones through other sources such as saliva and urine. We work with multiple labs to bring you the latest available tools. If you're dealing with symptoms of hormone deficiency or excess, we'll discover that and resolve it.
Common Relevant Conditions: Menopause, hot flashes, fatigue, depression, anxiety, low libido, insomnia, difficulty losing weight
Nutrigenomic Assessment
Our genetics play an important role in the acute and chronic conditions we may have. Just as important, however, is the "Epigenetic" environment within which those genes operate. Using cutting-edge technology, we can assess your genes and teach you how to "turn on" favorable genes and "turn off" genes that increase your risk.

Common Relevant Conditions: Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, OCD, Fatigue, Autoimmune Conditions, Digestive Conditions
Digestive Health Testing
The journey back to vibrant health often starts in the gut. Through stool testing, blood work, and breath testing we can uncover the cause of your digestive or mental health condition and help to get you back on the road to recovery.

Common Relevant Conditions: Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Crohn's Disease, Constipation, Diarrhea, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO)
Environmental Health Testing
We're living with "stone age genes in a computer age world". Our bodies haven't yet had sufficient time to evolve to process many of the man-made chemicals that we are exposed to. These can include pesticides, plastics, heavy metals, industrial solvents, household cleaning products etc. Similarly, exposure to certain viruses or molds can play an important role in our health. We can measure the impact of all of these factors.

Common Relevant Conditions: Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Depression, Anxiety, Autoimmune Conditions, migraines, digestive conditions, pain
Microbiome / Immune System Testing
We have more bacteria in and on our bodies than we do cells. Our microbiome (composed of bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites) plays an important role in our health. With a simple stool test, we can assess the microbiome to see if it might be contributing to your health.

Common Relevant Conditions: Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Crohn's Disease, Constipation, Diarrhea, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), fatigue, depression, anxiety, low libido, insomnia, difficulty losing weight
