Concierge Whole Health Plans

Now that you've had your first visit with Dr. Kachko, it's time to choose which membership plan is most appropriate for you. The price of your initial 90 min consult ($395) is included in the plans below. Please call our office at 929-379-0920 when you choose the plan that you prefer. 

Health Essentials Plan

2-3 Months

This plan includes the initial visit plus 3 follow-up visits. We'll come up with a diagnostic and treatment plan and have 3 follow-up visits to review labs and adjust your treatment plan.

Whole Health Plan

3-6 Months

This plan includes the initial visit plus 6 follow-up visits. We'll come up with a diagnostic and treatment plan and have 6 follow-up visits to review labs, adjust your treatment protocols, and address your health from the perspective of mind and body. You'll have unlimited messaging during the duration of your plan. 

Whole Health + Plan

6-12 Months

This plan includes the initial visit plus 12 follow-up visits. Everything in the Whole Health Plan is included plus a deeper dive into your genetics and mind-body health. You'll have unlimited messaging during the duration of your plan.
